“Parking to go somewhere nice for a few days is always good. Parking under a roof and coming back to a car that is NOT dented by hailstones is even better. Nice clean place, very convenient, its the first park and fly company that you come to on your way to CLE. They always offer you a bottled water and a newspaper. Drivers are friendly and helpful, always earning their tips. They have a frequent parker program so if you fly out a lot, you can get some free parking.”

Little leak but needed my water off which wouldn't of been fun for me and family all weekend long especially with a big event happening for us Saturday. The chef makes the hollandaise fresh and the side potatoes are the best tasting fried red skins I've ever had. I myself am a technician that does some serious diagnosing of high end appliances so the lingo with the tech I was able to understand. I never used then before . Left my vehicle overnight for repair and the next morning a technician called me with a detailed diagnoses pitch on all the work hes going to do prior to find the issue I was having. I agreed to diagnosis charge and received updated on my phone when was done followed by a phone call with my quote. Everything went smoothly. Full inspection and turn key ready for my upcoming birthday renewal emissions test. The price was a bit high for what I felt the labor entailed but that's because I had this apart myself first and being a technician it was a bit easier. However no complaints here. The repair went smoothly and the professionalism of this company amazed me on there structure from start to finish. Highly recommended”

“We parked our car here for parts of three days while we were in Chicago. The check-in process was very simple and we were met at our car by the shuttle bus, which quickly got us to the airport. On our return home, the shuttle was waiting outside of baggage claim at the airport and quickly and efficiently got us back to our car at the lot, so that we could load our luggage and head home. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and efficient. Our 3-day total to park was only $31.50. We will definitely use them the next time we go on a trip and need to leave our car parked!”
