Great hardware store with a friendly and helpful staff

Kredo went out of it’s way to help out. Upon purchase of toilet handle, checkout clerk noticed I was buying wrong handle. Left register to get me the correct handle. That is service you won’t find at any Independence ace supply stores.

This place is wonderful! There is a gentleman there who every time I have a question he’s there to help me.

In my most recent escapade I drove to the store to get a new flapper for my American Standard toilet because my universal toilet repair kit didn’t have the correct part. (hint: it wasn’t universal!)

He brought me directly to the toilet section and showed me exactly what parts I would need. He told me that if those parts did not work he would order a part that I might need (I accidentally broke a part!)

I’ve done things I never thought I could do, from plastering holes in the wall to fixing a toilet! As a new home owner (and a woman) I really appreciate his straightforward, professional manner, which has given me a ton of confidence to tackle more projects in the future! No “mansplaining” here!

Additionally everyone else who works there is super helpful!
