“I have worked here for many years. I feel that with the many challenges that have occur there is still a strong since of unity. I am a strong part of that unity. Many places have problems how you navigate those problems is the key. This facility has seen unforeseen occurrences , and tried to recover the pride and community it represents. I stand by those values. For the record I am not always treated fairly and a lot of days the residents don’t get the best versions of the staff. However we still show up for them no matter how tired short staffed, cold low on anything we try another day. So you only can give what you have. You must be at peace with your personal sacrifices.Being a nurse is a thankless job. So for all the negative comments I want personally say I apologize if your family did not get the best version of our facility we will try again and again ,In efforts to one day get it right”
