“The city service workers of Bay Village are committed, hardworking professionals. This past week they demonstrated how dedicated they are to the citizens of Bay Village. After dealing with a questionable plumbing issue (due in part by a plumber), the city workers came out and investigated our sewage line at no cost. When a problem was found, the city workers advocated (on our behalf) that the plumber complete the incomplete job. I was astounded at how patient, knowledgable, and kind the city workers were, particularly Rick and Don. Without them, we could have mistakenly spent thousands to resolve a problem that could be fixed at no cost. We are deeply grateful for their service!”
