I decided on the painting of snow covered pine trees with a winding path. It was very hard to decided which one to pick. “This was the first Brethren church in Ohio, although the building is pretty new. It's a traditional church service with several hymns before the sermon, then a couple at the end, with a thoughtful sermon delivered clearly and efficiently. The minister doesn't carry on and on like many do and is considerate of the congregants' time. I would like 2 or 3 more hymns added to the service, but we all have our own opinions.”

“This place, the coach and his family and the studentss have had such a positive impact on my life it's almost unbelievable. I have made so many positive changes about myself I may have never made without this place. I have made some amazing friends and training partners My friends say they barely recognize me, they think I'm crazy because I spend almost all of my spare time at the gym. Rushing out of school early to try to catch the Monday class, waking up to come in and lift and roll before work. All of it because of a culture and a place that that the coach and his family have cultivated. After the military I was lost. For years I felt like I was just wandering around without a purpose, I have found purpose again and I hope that I can give back even a fraction of what I have gotten out.”
