“I have been doing CrossFit for almost two years now. I love to drop in at different boxes when I travel. I had the pleasure of dropping in at CrossFit Continuity two days in a row. Though it is a small space, they maximize it and make it work. I really enjoyed the workouts both days (fun, long Thanksgiving workout!). Additionally, all of the gym members knew each other by name and it seemed like a great community. Coaches were helpful and kind. Excited to drop in again the next time I'm in the area!”

“Went to Olde Milford Barber Shop to get my first straight razor shave as a birthday present, plus a haircut. I was pleasantly surprised. The shave was quite good and I got the best haircut I ever had. The decor was nice and reminiscent of older days with modern updates. The staff were very fun to interact with the myriad of topics for conversation. With my hair thinning in all the wrong places and a monk bald spot my Barber took into account those with the shape of my head as it should be done and gave me a magnificent haircut. Definitely will be returning. Come with a sense of humor and be ready to laugh with the staff!”
