They were professional, super attentive, nice, easy to work with and quick! They left the fans there to dry out the carpet for a few days and came back to check on them. Jacobs communication was impeachable and always kept me in the loop as to when they would be there. I would highly recommend this company. This was the easiest disaster remedy i've ever experienced.
