“I went here for physical therapy after my hip replacement and I love going here. The environment is so relaxed here and I'd recommend this location to everyone in need of therapy. I, personally, saw Dawn Westfall, one of the physical therapists, and she is very enjoyable to work with. Granted, she really puts you to work and makes sure you achieve your personal and medial goals, but she makes it fun and interesting during an appointment. The staff is very helpful as well, and it's very easy to make appointments.”

“I just saw Dr. Mirkos to have an injured toenail removed and had such a great experience. He explained everything that was going to happen in office and how to care for it once I got home. He and his staff made me feel so comfortable. The woman who numbed me was amazing and made it so easy. I was shocked! I had this done many years ago somewhere else and the numbing was awful and painful. She is clearly very well trained because it wasn’t bad at all! The whole staff and experience was top notch and I would highly recommend!”

“My visit on Tuesday October 25 was for a laceration on my right arm that required stitches. My experience at this specific urgent care was wonderful! The staff, including the nurse practitioners Cassy(?) and McKenzie, we’re professional, highly competent, and surprisingly fun given the situation of stitches. I had plenty of time to watch the guests in the waiting area make their demands on the staff. The waiting room was full and new guests were not seeking clarity or exercising patience for a staff that was tending to others needs before their own. My hope for this location is that their staff knows that they are valued and needed. May the guests seeking help, pause and listen for understanding rather than demanding to be seen immediately putting their individual needs before others. This staff was patient, empathetic, and caring to all that they encountered. Great work CareFirst Urgent Care Milford!”

“Our family really enjoyed our time at this academy. They teach a wide range of martial arts and self defense techniques. The instructors are excellent with the students. They ensure that discipline and respect is shown to the academy and their peers. At the same time, they are very patient and kind with the students. The only reason we left is that we moved to a location that was too far to commute. I highly recommend this academy to anyone interested in learning martial arts.”
