I am from the Dayton area and stumbled upon this facility while searching for granite countertops after I had selected granite at another facility, which failed to tell me it was on hold for another customer. We stopped at Unique Concepts close to closing time. Pam never once rushed us as we tried to quickly look through the warehouse (knowing it was close to closing time). Even with us trying to hurry, we left after closing time and Pam was just as pleasant as when we arrived. She offered us coffee as it was a very cold day out. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The selection of granite at Unique Concepts is great! They had everything the other distributors in the area had, plus more, all under one roof.
