“The minute I took my first class, I thought this was for me. The combination of indoor cycling, strength training, and yoga all rolled into one class, is perfect. Each class is different, so there is no chance for boredom. After each class, the staff makes sure everything is wiped down and ready for the next class. The studio is always clean, and that is very important to me. The instructors are top notch, and the front desk employees are so very friendly. Always a warm welcome when entering the door.”

Friendly place and seemed to have great patrons. Haircut/style: very good for the first time going there. Usually, it might take a few times to get used to a client's style and preferences, but Abby did a great job on me. Overall - 10/10 would recommend. I only wish they could serve cocktails while you wait! That would be sweet.”
