Very helpful and efficient staff. I had a bad battery, and the person (name started with an L, I forget) knew their stock, checked my battery's warranty, called nearby for stock, recommended me 3 new options at different prices, and then sold me the one using the refunded core charge and 2 gift cards all under 10 minutes. I was back home and had my car fixed within half an hour. The place is also brand new, so it wasn't crowded and had ample parking.

I have been to the new Winchester location 4 times since they opened their doors, and each time has been great customer service. The latest experience was the store manager, Lacy, diagnosed the issue and thankfully, we only needed a new battery. She diagnosed it, we purchased a new battery, she installed it, and we were out of there within 10 minutes. Thank you again!
