“I am a 62-year-old woman who has worked with Erica off & on for about eight years now. About a year ago I was diagnosed with scoliosis. I’ve always been a very athletic individual before I retired I was an aquatics director and a USA swim team coach. But I will say the Pilate Machine that Erica has me working on now is building up my muscle mass. Which after the second week I discovered is helping my blood pressure tremendously. I do suffer from high blood pressure but since I have been scheduling and using this Pilates machine I no longer need my blood pressure medication.
