“I have been a patient of Dr Nasr-Anaisse for at least 10 years. Every experience I have had with her has been positive. She takes the time to listen, ask questions, and has always been pleasant and knowledgable. I have not personally had any issues with the support staff. I know the lab at the office is not available at the moment, but UC Hospital is less than 10 minutes away. I routinely get bloodwork done yearly so I just ask for a request to be submitted to UC to get the tests done before my visit so Dr Nasr has the results when I have my appointment to see her. I highly recommend Dr Nasr-Anaisse. I trust her completely.”

During the pandemic they called to check on me and State Farm provided a lower rate while we sheltered in place. Dr. Karram went above and beyond to work with me because I was from out of state. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, making himself available before and after surgery. He returned my phone calls and I was pleasantly surprised how caring and responsive he was. I flew from Oregon to Ohio to have the surgery, and it was well worth it. She spends so much time with you and explains everything in great, technical detail so you understand your care, medications, etc. She responds so quickly to my test results, always messaging me via MyChart to let me know the status of my results (she even messaged at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night to update me on my results ahead of an appt we had scheduled for the following week). She is experienced and has solid knowledge of the endocrine system too, which I love.
