“We usually order from a Middletown location but the past few times our order wasn't right. This Monroe location was spot-on! The call center was friendly and helpful. I pre-ordered to pick up on my way from Detroit to Cincinnati. They opened at 10:30am and accommodated an early pickup. Part of our order was without cheese and the kids really enjoyed it. The staff were personable and nice to talk to. The pizza was exactly as ordered and delicious! This will be our connect from now on.”
