Dad felt he was given detailed options with forthright explanations that helped him make his decisions. Mr. Moser was personable and respectful and was an expert at putting my father at ease as Dad made decisions regarding his estate. “Anytime I have an issue I take my vehicles to this place. They’re very friendly and helpful, their prices are also reasonable and the best in town! Also, they’re fast! They had the transmission replaced in my Jeep the next day after my part arrived. That was several months back and my Jeep is running great. They were also very patient and helpful in waiting for my replacement Acura transmission to arrive. Even though it caused an inconvenience for them, Tina was so understanding throughout the whole process. She also helped me come up with a solution to my problem which was such a relief! This is the best transmission shop in the area, hands down. Being family owned makes it even better because they’re very helpful and down to earth when you speak with them. 5 stars, highly recommend!”
