“A great addition to Zebulon! (I know it was still in Zebulon before they moved but it's nice that they're closer to downtown now.) The staff is always welcoming, they have quite a bit of food and a wide variety of produce and hot sauces. Their meats are cheaper than food lions and possibly even higher quality. Some stuff there you can get cheaper at food lion but it's still worth stopping in and literally comparing some of the stuff.”

“Always love coming to Lidl. This one was set at a crossroad and prime location. Although it was early, people started coming in for thanksgiving shopping. Well stocked, the goods were easy to find. “El Toro Supermarket is a Latin market full of flavors and colors. It has everything you need for your Central American and Mexican recipes: groceries, diary, traditional bread, fishes, meat, poultry, flours, pots, a deli zone. I tried the "chicharron" a crunchy pork skin with fat and meat, outstanding. I will come back for more chicharron and some "carnitas" (Mexican pork simmered for several hours with seasonings it looks delicious). At least but no last they have good service.”

“This five star review goes to Lisa in the deli this is not a reflection off the store itself and the other employees. When I approach the deli counter and there was a man and a woman far left laughing and having a conversation and there was two other employees slicing meat and cheese they seemed busy and occupied I stood at the counter for a little over five minutes the entire time I stared at the employees that were having a conversation curious and wondering why they kept looking at me yeah it did not take the time to stop and come help me as I stood at the hot bar. One of the employees slicing meat turn her head and said can you please go help The customer waiting at the hot bar he responded to her but I’m not sure what he said but he never came to help me nor did the lady that he was talking to that had a hairnet on. I was been approached by a lady name Lisa will apologize for my wait and was attentive I explain to her that I was very appreciated that she stopped what she was doing just to come help me she did the right thing and I truly believe that she showed what customer service is all about and it’s hard to find that nowadays it seems like a lot of retail businesses are slacking on customer service short on staff which is not in their control but it just doesn’t seem like people care about their jobs anymore these days . Thank you so much Lisa your service was definitely noticed”
