“I recently moved from Wendell and was hanging a chandelier in my new house when I discovered the polished chrome chain was to short. I checked local hardware and big box stores to no avail. I was even having trouble finding it on-line. I happened to be visiting in the area and remembered purchasing lights from the lighting store in Wendell and decided to give them a call. The owner was out, but graciously agreed to meet me at the store. She had exactly what I was looking for, a short length of polished chrome chain. I was thrilled. I had been unable to complete this job for weeks all because of a foot of chain! The owner refused to let me pay her, so I would like to repay her with a review and recommendation. If she tprovides this type of excellent customer service to a stranger in need, I can only imagine the excellent service she provides to her customers. Next time you need lighting, it would be worth your time to make the trip to Wendell and check them out! THANK YOU for helping me out in a “crisis””
