(January 6, 2019, 8:42 am)Rented a car in Raleigh and it was incredibly easy to pick up. The shuttle got us from the airport and took us right to the pickup building. Very fair max mileage policy. Friendly staff.
Be aware their customer service is only open Monday-Friday. The car we were given’s driver door did not open properly which we did not realize until after leaving. We wanted to make sure we let the company know it was like that when we picked up the car. It was not a big deal but due to it being a weekend, we couldn’t contact customer care to let them know.
