Then we had an issue with the car and Mark and Chloe were so helpful and very patient with us switching vehicles and then called me when I left a bag in the other car. Super props to Chloe K and her amazing service and Mark helping out a ton! Thanks for a great start to our vacation that could have gone a little crazier if you weren’t so great! “A Dodge Journey is an SUV I suppose, but totally looked like a minivan (aka soccer mom). I didn't like the vehicle but had no other choices. Wishing there was more selection. I had over 2000 miles to drive and Alamo was very helpful, must wasn't happy from the start. They had the best price but sure wish there was a reward system. Without one, loyalty isn't an option. When I returned the car I got charged nearly 4000 instead of 900. Luckily my card company flagged it as fraud. In the end, someone got it right. Nice people to work with”
