“It is going to be hard to write in words how much we love this facility and the staff that works there! They have truly became like family and we were SO UPSET when we had to leave due to moving out of the area (tried to convince my husband to drive the 30 minutes, but that was a no go!) We started here when my son was about a year old, and he is now 4. Every time it was time for him to move up another class- I didn't think we could love the next teacher as much, but we always loved them as much!!!! Some honorable mentions- without getting into too much detail and writing the novel I know I could if I went on and on about how great they all are- Ms. Tecia, Ms. Kathleen, Ms. Stephanie, Ms Bianca, Ms. McDowell and Ms. VIrmeche- Thank you all SO MUCH for what you have done for my children and my family. We are truly blessed to have had you guys in our lives. The rest of the staff is JUST as amazing as well. The facility also uses an app for communication which is great... i loved getting updates and pictures throughout the day.”

There’s also an app that is used to keep you informed of what and how your child is doing! “We are starting our fourth year at PHMS and it is easy for our family to give five stars! Although classroom sizes are same as other WCPSS schools (too large due to funding) the teachers do the best possible connecting with the students. I also think administration and teachers do a great job of preparing students (and parents) for the transition to high school by increasing quantity/complexity of homework and decreasing direct communication from teachers to parents with each year from sixth to eighth. It's hard to wean off that parent/teacher communication you have in elementary school but they do a great job of helping the students develop skills needed for high school and beyond. Our kids have been sad to see each year end and even more surprising are often upset if anything (such as doctor's appointments) take away from their school day.”

“As a new mom I was pretty particular about looking for a place that I could trust my first born with when he was 12 weeks old. I also wanted a place that was convenient to my commute, flexible with my schedule, and reasonably priced. Its been a year now and I'm so glad I found this place! The staff is wonderful and provides a "feel at home" atmosphere. Also the director Farrah is great! She is very personable, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I'm happy with our decision to enroll our son at La Petite and would recommend to another family!”
