I’ve had multiple back and hip issues over the years and these classes have helped me tremendously with core strength and stability, but I also love how I never get bored, each class is different and I always get a full body workout. Multiple levels of classes will fit anyone’s needs and each instructor provides a wealth of knowledge and support…this is an extremely open-minded and non-judgemental group-and fun! Hanna is doing a fantastic job running this studio and is a great instructor too. I’m grateful for this little ‘gem’ that I have found in Club Pilates Holly Springs.”
