Shelly was excellent - she explained everything in detail, was compassionate and had excellent technique (eg. starting IV and explaining what to expect). I had to wait a short time to have the films checked and was told by Heather that all was clear, and the radiologist saw no blood clots on the scan. She was kind and escorted me out (via a short cut) right to the elevator. I would gladly use Wake Radiology for any further tests (Purfoy Rd. in Fuquay Varina).”

“My son has been going here for 5 months now. Watching the transformation in him has been pure joy. He was born underweight and in very poor health, so much so the doctors told my wife and I, that he would most likely not be able to compete in any sports. From 2 chest tubes and life support at 3 weeks old to joining Schell Shock at 6 years old, he is now doing pull ups and push ups like a pro, as well as becoming more skilled in BJJ. I cannot recommend this place enough. He adores all of his coaches (especially Thomas) and is making new friends. Professor John and crew are excellent role models. The Adults as well as the older kids also help the little ones get better. Truly an amazing place that lives by its moto, "Not all Family is blood."”

“During my visit at Pivot I was met by the receptionist Emily. Emily was so warm and friendly, so much that I was immediately put at ease. The reason for my visit was due to vertigo. Vertigo that had been ongoing for quite some time. As a result I had a high level of anxiety. I was seeking someone to help me get resolution so I could get much needed relief. That is exactly what Michael Ommundsen the physical therapist did. When I met Michael he was so understanding and patient with me. Each time I would come to my appointments he would reassure and offer me much needed support. Thanks to Michael's knowledge and caring nature I was able to complete my physical therapy with great success. Thankfully my vertigo is no longer an issue. I really appreciate what Michael and Emily did to help me. My overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Pivot!”

My husband looks forward to seeing her. She is so good to him in doing activities he enjoys. For example, going for a walk, looking at pictures and putting albums together. Looking at his favorite financial programs on TV and discussing current events. They sit on the sunporch and listen to his favorite music and watch the birds.
