On every visit, Christi-Anne first evaluates how I'm doing, then by evaluating how i'm carrying myself, whether I'm using good posture (determining if bad habits are sneaking back into my daily routine), then finally determining how my muscles are affecting the mobility of my skeleton. (I have arthritis, which is why Christi-Anne was recommended to me by my chiropractor.) Christi-Anne explains to me what she is doing for my treatment, and why she is doing it. I've learned through Christi-Anne's encouragement to be aware of personal posture habits between visits, so that my appointments with Christi-Anne will be the most beneficial.”

She was gentle (but appropriately firm) during my facial and gave the best personalized experience that I could have asked for! Because I was open to it, she also provided great conversation. I appreciated her knowledge of her field and her openness to discuss my skincare needs and concerns. I also appreciated her recommendations for future services and potential products that could add value to my current routine. “I love coming here. Oscar is the only therapist that has worked on me, and I’m one of his more challenging clients since I have a very particular set of needs. He gets me to such a better place, both emotionally and physically, each time I schedule a session with him. He’s very attentive, funny, and goal-oriented. The lobby is exceptionally clean and peaceful, the staff answers my every question and meets my every request, the rooms and restrooms and always very clean, and other therapists/clients are very mindful of others as I’ve never heard outside noise in my sessions. Booking online is actually relatively easy and booking over the phone is also simple. I’ve gone to other Elements throughout the country and have also had equivalent service, so with that said, I think it’s quite evident that Elements as a whole has very high expectations for their therapists and other staff. If I actually lived in NC, I’d be going to this Elements more frequently.”

“Almost 7 years ago I was a resident at Delmar Gardens South for a rehab for 2 weeks for my knee replacement. My wife has been a resident at Delmar Gardens South since January 2013 and still resides there. Delmar Gardens South is rated FIVE STARS by Medicare. The staff is always concerned about all the residents and provides outstanding care to all. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that requires exceptional care. There is always a Nurse on duty 24 hours a day to take care of any needs my wife or other residents might have. Her room is always clean and so is the entire facility. The Executive Director Kim Kraemer always has an open door policy, if you have any issues. Delmar Garden South is rated 5 STARS and so are the employees.”
