“Artisan first did our roof inspection and then did the roof replacement. They were very prompt to do the inspection and provided a detailed report of the damages to the insurance company. Once the roof replacement was approved by our insurance company we waited a couple of months for the job to start because Artisan has a lot of demand. They were very responsive to questions we had. They gave us detailed instructions of the process, of when they were going to deliver the materials and the how we needed to prepare the area for their work. On the day of installation they were punctual and protected the bushes and area around our house. They completed the roof replacement the same day and they cleaned everything meticulously.
