“I was greeted with a smile and a brief discussion as to the purpose of the visit, what would be expected and the estimated time of delivery (completion). When I returned the vehicle was ready. The service attendant explained my bill and ensured that I understood what had been done and without hesitation checked me out (to pay my bill) and was extremely pleasant and friendly and calm and wished me a good day.
