The bank offers a fee-free senior checking account with no minimum balance requirements; in my experience, not many banks do that anymore. I had a request at the bank that the manager explained was not something he could do by regulations, a perfectly reasonable reply. But he provided me with several alternatives outside of Carter Bank, giving me locations and contact info. Above and beyond!”
