“So unbelievably wonderful! I was absolutely terrified, to the point that I've been putting off going back to a dentist for some 15 years (thanks for the phobia, Dr. Jackson). I had let things get way worse than I intended, out of fear. I spoke with the angel of a receptionist and let her know that I was nervous, etc., And Dr. McMillan, along with his assistant and entire staff went above and beyond to be caring, kind, empathetic, and most of all, comforting. I can't believe I'm even saying this, but after just one visit, I do not feel frightened to go back to a dentist! I'm so happy to have found this dentist, and I hope I can keep him for many many years to come! If you're looking for a kind, honest, gentle and understanding dentist who will do his best to help you... This is it! ❤️ Plus, from the day I called for an appointment I only had to wait 4 business days to go in; from what I understand most dentists, that accept Medicaid especially, usually have a wait time of at least a month or more. not this one... “There are not words in the English language that adequately express how amazing Propel is. My child has been receiving services here for a couple of months, and we are absolutely blown away with her progress, as well as Ms Rebecca’s approach to OT. She is the first therapist to ever tell us after an evaluation, that what was on that overwhelming paper was not a definition of who our child is. And truthfully, that alone meant the world to me. We had a not so great experience with her previous OT, and Rebecca has been so patient and accommodating, doing everything possible to make sure that we have a positive experience. Needless to say, now we get lead into the building by the hand, instead of crying when we pull into the parking lot before a session! If I could give them 1000 stars, I would, as they deserve every bit of it!!”

“This is my neighborhood Circle K so I stop in at least once a week. It is really busy around 3 to 5 but it is always well staffed so the line moves quickly. They recently changed the check-out lines to be all “Smart Checkouts” which never seem to work for be but there has always been a clerk right there to manually fix it.”

“My mother has lived at Sunrise of McLean for about 3 years. Her level of care has changed somewhat, but the transition has been smooth. The caregivers know her, and are generally very sensible in the care they provide. I recently brought my mother back from the Fairfax Hospital ER. I was very comfortable turning her over to the med tech in charge for the night. I knew he was competent and responsible, and caring. I also feel the activities are enjoyable and helpful, even though different residents on different days might be variably cooperative. But aren’t we all different on different days? I would give more than 4 stars. Though I never give five stars to anything. I always feel some room should be left before perfection.”
