“I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everyone has always been polite and helpful. I’ve always had my calls returned within two business days(which is normal). Never really having to wait for long periods of time to talk to someone. I’ve had different caseworkers if mine wasn’t available but, had no problem with information being passed on in a professional way. The only reason I don’t give five stars and this is not their fault, the place is so out in the middle of nowhere. It’s not that I dread seeing them, I dread the drive there and back! I try to make a day of it grab lunch local highlights , things like that .”

“We started kindercare when my son just turned 4 months old and he is now 1. It was the scariest thing for me to do but we did it and let me tell you, choosing this particular school was the best decision I made! Every single one of his teachers have become family . All his teachers have taught my son so much, his social skills are incredible because of them. Seeing the smile on his face everytime we dropped him off was so rewarding. They have all loved my son as their own. Mary & Sarah were extremely supportive on my hard days and had given me so much comfort . Not only that, but when I called a million times to get the enrollment process going they were so patient with me. My love for this school will live on forever. You can count on them, because no matter what voice picks up the phone and answers your call for help or request, you can rest assured they are well-trained, professional, kind, respectful, and help will be on the way in under 5 minutes, and usually always seems like 1-2 minutes before someone is already on the way when we listen to the scanner.
