I was really discouraged with my former physician because I felt like she didn’t care and didn’t have time to discuss my health concerns that were bothering me. I felt rushed like she only had 10 minutes allocated for my appointment before she had to move on to the next appointment. And she dismissed one of my concerns letting me know there was nothing she could do to help. About 9 months ago a friend highly recommended trying Rowan Health and Wellness. Unfortunately it would mean an hour drive for me to get there. But I decided to try it thinking that the only thing I would be out was the gas and time to drive an hour there and an hour back home. Turns out, it was totally worth the drive. I have been there several times now and Chasity Hammond takes whatever amount of time I need to discuss my issues. And she has been able to help with all of my issues. Now, I feel 100% better, both emotionally and physically. Hands down, Rowan Health and Wellness is the best decision I made for my health!! I will continue to come here no matter how long the drive takes me! I am extremely satisfied with Rowan Health and Wellness!

Corporate Healthcare has simply taken over pretty much everywhere you turn. The days of going to your PCP as a standalone practice where you feel like you're getting one-on-one valuable time is almost completely over! Rowan Health and Wellness in this regard is like a shining light on a hill! The staff there genuinely cares about you and it is reflected in your experience at the practice. At the Corporate Healthcare you're lucky to get 15 minutes with the MD as your hurriedly spat off your concerns. At RHW Traci spends an hour with you going over your concerns and addressing them THOROUGHLY! I've been seeing Traci Nixon for many years. When she left the Corporate system I had to follow her because I felt her care was genuine and it is! Now, my wife, children, and mother have all become patients here because the whole experience is valuable beyond what the Corporate world cares about. At this place I have found competent Healthcare AND a friend. I can't recommend it enough!!!!!!!

We recently switched to Rowan Health and Wellness for our children and I could not have asked for a better experience. Chasity was patient, kind and comforting to my children when they were unsure of a new place and made them feel comfortable. Chasity was so great to talk to during our visit, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Never once did I feel rushed or dismissed about a question or concern. Our whole family is now switching and we couldn’t be happier! The office staff are great, the office is clean, and it is all around a great place!
