The only thing I will say… (as a suggestion) because it may have been harmless questions… but when I went to buy the matress and box spring they lady was very helpful and detailed about the prices and quality of the mattresses but when she asked me how would I like to pay and I told her I just wanted to pay straight out, she started asking questions like “where did you get the money from” and “where do you work” and “who do you bank with”. I just don’t see how any of those questions have any relevancy to me purchasing a mattress and box spring. Maybe it was harmless but it definitely gave me the vibe that she was surprised I could afford it. It was only $700”

“This store was stocked and clean. I was traveling and stopped for some snacks. They had a great assortment with low prices. The clerk with her mask on (like me) politely unlocked the restroom door for me. It was clean and when I left I checked out. I complimented her on the store's excellent condition. She said, "Oh we've still got stock to put out!" I then told her how BAD my Dollar General was and I hated to go in it because it was so messy and unstocked. “I dropped a tree on our home causing some serious damage just before Christmas. After our adjuster came out, we began the arduous task of getting estimates. We interviewed different contractors. David gave us a complete estimate for all the work we needed done within 24 hours. All the others just gave estimates for the roofing and never came back with the carpentry work of repairing the deck and deck cover. More importantly, I wanted to know about the size of his crew, their work practices, approximately how long the job would take, as well as what would happen at the end of each work day (do they haul all damaged materials during or after job is finished). The last question was the most important to me because to me, it is very telling in the quality and integrity of a persons work ethic. That response was, "We clean our worksite every day." Between that answer and his estimate for all the requested work, we made our decision to go with Advanced. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my 60 years and I have never been more impressed with anyone else. Not only did they show up when they said, but they worked their tails off every time. As they were working, we envisioned other things we wanted as they were building. We came back with four different significant changes through this process and never once felt like we were putting him off. He was never frustrated or short. Throughout the entire process, when I was home, I wanted to observe, ask questions and learn how different tasks were accomplished. David was always agreeable to my curiosity and shared information freely. Now to the quality of their work. All I can say is "Oh My God". You can tell when someone loves what they do and have a talent for it. Precision and elegance. I wish we could upload some pictures of what was done. All I can say is, if you need work done. I told my client they were like jewelry and that her dining room was now fully adorned and ready for guest! It was amazing, because they looked like they had always been there because they were perfect companions to the existing antique chandelier we were coordinating with. Working with King's Chandelier was an awesome experience! My crystal wall sconce journey, lead me to working closely with the King's Chandelier team in customizing, designing, crafting, and installing the most spectacular crystal wall sconces I could have ever imagined. From my first conversation with Nancy, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief and comfort knowing that I was in good hands for this momentous task of coordinating 2 new crystal wall sconces with my client's existing antique dining room chandelier. After the wall sconces were created, my journey wasn't over...King's attention and concern for client satisfaction and pride of their artistry offered for a qualified chandelier installer(Tim) to come to our city and install these 50 pound wall sconces in my client's home! Tim and his team were amazing to work with and true assets to the successful completion of this journey. They arrived on time, well-equipped with 5 ladders and all the necessary tools. Not only did Tim install the 2 new wall sconces purchased from King's, but he also made repairs to my client's antique chandeliers, changed out all bulbs and candle covers, noted and added missing antique crystals, as well as cleaned all of the individual crystals on all the antique chandeliers. Thus, making my wall sconce journey from beginning to installation an amazing experience and a successful project! I look forward to working with King's again soon! When we happened to come back he was already closed, but still let us shop anyway! We decided on a bed and not only did we get to bring it home today, but he loaded it up in HIS trailer AND helped my husband get in inside as I am 8 months pregnant and couldn’t lift this bed (it’s very heavy, i love a heavy duty bed). He even helped him put it together, all my husband did alone was assemble the slats. Would definitely go to him again for any other furniture needs!!”
