“When I got sick about 3 years ago it was devastating. I felt lost and sad about not working. Then of course losing my income. However, the entire time the Reidsville SSA office was incredibly kind and patient with me. They helped me do what I needed to do. They made sure my Medicare was right. I never had to go to the office until yesterday. The security guard was a sweet gentle soul. He helped me get signed in and find where I needed to go. Some woman was hateful to him and he handled the situation with grace. He continued to be polite despite her best attempts to belittle him. When I went back for my appointment the there were two caseworkers trying to help me. They answered my questions. Went over and beyond to help me out. I teared up and the lady helping me did too. These people really care about their work. They care about the people who come in. Thank you so much for everything.”

“My friend and I got a tour on a Saturday and I was nervous because you never know what you will get on a Saturday as far as professionalism and a person that cares. Brookdale - Reidsville has more of a "home" feel to it than an “Assisted Living facility” feel. It had a “clean” small unlike the way most facilities I have visited in PA when my Dad needed to be placed. Brookdale - Reidsville by far has been the best I have been in to this date. I also wanted to thank you and your staff with all the help you all have provided so far. I really hope that the waitlist is not as long as I fear it is. For her first place, I really want Brookdale to be the one. Brookdale was the first facility that my friend and I visited and we both had a good feeling when we left. Neither of us left with any red flags or warning signs that screamed “don’t pick here”. My mom is not yet a resident but hope she will be soon. If you need a place for a family member or friend, please check these folks out.”

“Went to lunch with my friend. Food was good & quick. When I got home I noticed they charged my card over $270 so I called. They were closed until Monday but when I called Monday they were horrified they made the mistake and made it right IMMEDIATELY...apologized and were sincerely sorry. “I purchased a mattress and box spring from this company about 2 months ago. I haven’t had any issues. The only thing I will say… (as a suggestion) because it may have been harmless questions… but when I went to buy the matress and box spring they lady was very helpful and detailed about the prices and quality of the mattresses but when she asked me how would I like to pay and I told her I just wanted to pay straight out, she started asking questions like “where did you get the money from” and “where do you work” and “who do you bank with”. I just don’t see how any of those questions have any relevancy to me purchasing a mattress and box spring. Maybe it was harmless but it definitely gave me the vibe that she was surprised I could afford it. It was only $700”

“Room was good, no bugs. TV and coffee maker worked okay. Microwave was on it's last leg. Worked some of the time. Linens were scratchy. Decent pillows and mattress though. Had to go back to front desk three times when I first got there due to key card not working. Not pleasant after a ten hour drive.”

“I have seen another physician in Danville who overmedicated me and my essential tremors were increasing. The office is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The reason it takes so long because he gives his patients the time to hear whats different or any changes since the last appointment. I am so allergic to most medications in any category. The other medications weren't working and decided to try me on the med required but had a slight reaction before. He had me return to take my FIRST pill under nurse observation with continuous monitoring by nurse report to Dr Doonquah. I value his care of my medical conditions. I have more than one neurological problem. Thank you Dr Doonquah and Staff for caring.”
