“Steve saved the day! just before our appraisal our dishwasher failed so we chose to have a local plumber do the install instead of a Lowe's employee because of the age of our house and its plumbing/electrical. No way we could have done it ourselves with the wiring and connections used and we were able to have our home presentable for the inspection. We also got an estimate for a sink installation and pipe auger, we just haven't found the perfect vanity yet. Thanks again!”

“Replaced my old 40 year old septic due to a the Leach Field line not draining, I figured its so old ill just have them install a new one and move it away from my house so i can build a bedroom. this old house only had 100ft of line and and the sewage was leaking into the neighbors yard , I called 3 local septic companies all three said their 3 months backed up. When I called Randy Cheek he was out to look with in 2 days. he had two jobs ahead of me and it might be 3 weeks, He ended up being there to start with in 4 days of when i called... “Service employee was knowledgeable,did good clean work. I would recommend them to anyone . Hot water tank started leaking Sat afternoon, and they were here between 11 and 11:30 Sunday morning. Got tank out that day and brought new tank back on Monday and installed. Was satisfied with service employee and helpers work. You do need to have a place on the receipt for person that is receiving the payment to sign that he or she has taken your payment for services. His work was very good.”

“We had the main water line in the yard to our place of business which broke due to being frozen because of all of this cold weather. Practical Plumbing sent Samuel Dixon for a FREE and I really mean FREE estimate the same day we called. He determined the location of the break; got approval from my boss and hand dug about 15 feet of line up and hooked up a new line in place and even added a new shut off, was very informative in showing me where and how to use the said shut off, even explained why we should use the shut off in case of an emergency. They did a very neat job they wore shoe covers and masks when inside of the building. I will highly recommend them. Chris was also great he did a great job cleaning up. They did not leave a mess at all! Thank You Practical Plumbing for being there when we needed~when nobody else would even answer the phone. They are my plumbing company from now on.”
