“I joined this location 6 months ago. In my mid-40s, I wish I would have found it sooner. I've had gym memberships, been to intense group fitness, as well as private classes, and none have produced the result that I have received in Jazzercize. Within only one month I could see a change in my calf muscles, within two months I was able to double the weights I lifted, and by month five I had a welcome, slim curve in my waistline. The owners and the staff go above and beyond for their students and are very professional and very knowledgeable about teaching gymnastics to all ages and all abilities.
