Walmart is a ever changing place. With the Santa bells outside, and stress faces employees working behind the counter. It's come a long way from the friendly face greeting at the door. ("Welcome to walmart." They used to say) Lately, my experience at Walmart (Biscoe), seems to be a noticeable change in the atmosphere and level of customer service over time. It's not understandable missing the friendly faces and helpful assistance that was once more prevalent at the store. Even more once it was important for businesses to provide a positive shopping experience to their customers, and it seems like there's room for improvement in this particular location. I hope that Walmart takes customer feedback into consideration and works on improving their customer service, restocking proceduress putting up stocks or leaving pallets in the aisles. While customers are shopping in the store, and overall store experience for the elderly. What happen to the blue light sales?The parking lot looks great. It's always great to have friendly and helpful employees, friendly location, who make shopping enjoyable.

Nice Walmart with stocked shelves, good service, and clean atmosphere. I saw no problems at this store and recommend!
