“First things first: the owners (a married couple) are fantastic. They are compassionate, organized, and very involved in the day-to-day running of the home. They hire staff in part based on their level of compassion for the residents. The home and rooms are truly beautiful. The food is high quality. There is a genuine interest in helping residents do more of what they like to do. Communication has been great, with honest answers to questions and proactive notification about important matters. I rest easy knowing my loved one is being well cared for at a home that she enjoys.”
