Not only did he refer me he called and set everything up while I was there. Ms.Carol at the Sharon Amity location was very helpful with getting the new unit setup over the phone with Jesse and once I arrived at her location. I had a problem with my unit space. It all came in good condition and feel really well made and I love the drawer systems. One negative is that they did not offer crib installation but we wanted something not made in China so we ordered it anyway.
