“Two weeks ago when I stepped in the good feet store I was not expecting to meet this very kind knowledgeable young man Jake. I told him I am looking for shoes with arch support since the old ones I had are not working well. He took his time to explain me the science behind the arch support and the service they are giving . I left the store with three different inserts and one pair of a wonderful shoe and how to use instructions. My knee pain back pain was gone almost in a week I followed his program except the relaxers. Today I went back and told him my struggle with not be able to use relaxers he understood me. I gave back the relaxer inserts instead I bought another pair of shoe. From now on the store will be my permanent shoe destination . Now I have a gift card that whenever I want I can go back and buy more shoes. Everyone in the store was so nice the store was so clean and bright and I’m so happy that I found them.”

“I went in search of sneakers to be able to walk comfortably in. After a failed visit to the Foot Locker store, I remembered that my sons had brought shoes from DTLR as I was walking past. I went in fearful that there would not be much variety. I was greeted when I entered and directed to the front of the store where the women's sneakers were displayed. Not seeing much there, I moved over to the men's side. The gentleman there showed me the sneakers that I might be interested in, given my needs. Once I selected the one I wanted to try, he quickly came back with the sizes I needed. From there I was able to get my socks, make my purchase and be done. Very simple. The store was small and clean. The music lent to the cheerful atmosphere. I would visit again.”

This was particularly true in light of how many shoes she brought out (about six pair),how many I tried on (about 4), and particularly since I was indecisive and even refused to buy. I told her I was going to look at some other places. Never did she pressure me or try to make me feel badly for shopping elsewhere. I came back the next day and bought a pair of shoes satisfied that I was getting good shoes (New Balance with slip resistant soles) at a reasonable price.”
