“Just had the best pharmacy experience here I’ve ever had. Typically it’s not terrible but it’s definitely not great. Rarely get a greeting or smile. Which is fine, the world right now sucks I struggle to be positive and give my customers a good experience and I’m not a pharmacist. Today I pulled into the drive through. There was no one in front of me. I press the button. Expect to wait 5 or so mins before someone says “what’s the name”. I was pleasantly surprised someone came over actually greeted me, got my name and told me they were checking an inside person out and then would grab my order. Being acknowledged, knowing they see you and an update seems simple but in my years of coming here it’s. Not. She was polite, actually friendly and fantastic. In no way would I say anyone else I’ve encountered is rude or horrible. But her friendliness was a very nice surprise. I asked her name. Forgive me if I’m spelling it wrong. Amara. She deserves acknowledgement for great customer service”

“I was meaning to write this review sometime earlier but I'm getting around to it now because it is important! I should first mention that the test was not for me but for my sister in law who was visiting. This review is based on my experience! My sister in law needed a rapid covid test done for her flight back home and although I had not ever been to this pharmacy before, I had driven by it many times and decided to give it a try since we were on a time crunch and it was nearby. Since the test was not done on me I'd like to explain why I am writing this review. Emma not only greeted my sister in law, but also myself. She is authentic in the way she speaks and acts, and as outsiders, that is key in customer service. I wouldn't have thought that going to the pharmacy, especially for someone else, would have such a positive effect on my day. I feel that Emma is an asset to this pharmacy because of how helpful, knowledgeable, and warm she is. She also took care of us in a timely manner. I have to make sure I can give Emma this recognition because she is a bubble of positivity and I can't thank her enough for her genuine kindness. This is now my pharmacy of choice, thank you!”

“If I could give Endeavor 10 stars I would!! 10 years ago I went through them with my sleep study. It was fast, easy and I was on may way to comfortable & restful sleep quickly. Recently, my husband's Aurora doctor wanted him to have a sleep study done due to symptoms. Aurora Sleep Center couldn't get him in for many weeks. Once the study was done, and it was confirmed he needed a CPAP, they called to say it would be over ONE MONTH before they could get him in to give him his supplies! I called his doctor immediately and told him to send all my husbands sleep study results to Endeavor. Endeavor (specifically Sherri) quickly gathered all the info they needed and within 4 days my husband had his machine and was on his way to better sleep!!
