I started my reservation at the WT Harris location with Jesse the store manager who was awesome and very helpful but once I got to the location, I needed a bigger unit and Jesse referred me to their next location on Sharon Amity. Not only did he refer me he called and set everything up while I was there. Ms.Carol at the Sharon Amity location was very helpful with getting the new unit setup over the phone with Jesse and once I arrived at her location. I had a problem with my unit space. Ms. Carol took care of the problem with such great customer service. I will like to thank them both for the seamless process for me💕”

“We trusted Midwood Pet Sitting with the care of our two cats over the Christmas holiday. Rebecca and her team were phenomenal from the moment of first contact. She took the time to learn our house and the unique personalities of both our kitties several weeks before our reservation began. While they were sitting we got detailed daily updates, adorable photos, and even some celebratory videos when our shy cat finally emerged and began to play. The Midwood Pet Sitting team was very consistent in the time of day they visited (good for animals on a routine), loving and enthusiastic in their play and care with our furry guys, and incredibly responsive to us as clients whenever we had questions or updates. Highly highly recommend!”

“My Grandmother was a resident from January 2019 until she passed away last week, February 15, 2020. I was so apprehensive of placing her in a memory care facility because of the horror stories you can hear about them. I never once had any concerns about my Grandmothers care or any complaints for any of the staff. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE that I came in contact with here were genuine, kind and friendly. It was such a weight off of me and my family when she moved in and we knew she was being properly cared for 24 hours a day. It takes special people to work with Alzheimers/ Dementia patients and I can honestly say that the staff and management here are all special. I do not know what I would have done the last year if it were not for this facility. Can not say enough good things about them and my family and I are grateful beyond words.”
