I had my vintage 1993 GMC TYPHOON serviced today for the first time at BUICK GMC of Mahwah and enjoyed the experience.
Luis, the service representative was friendly and receptive when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. He listened carefully to my concerns about the truck, and successfully completed everything that I requested.
Tom, the auto mechanic was informative and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle. I have to say that I have never been able to speak first hand to any dealership mechanic in all the years I have owned cars and trucks. This to me was a unique experience which I greatly appreciated.
While I was waiting for my vehicle, I had the pleasure of speaking with salesmen Hugh and Patrick. All of the employees that I met were terrific.
Thank you for making my first time experience with your dealership an excellent one. I will absolutely be back!!!
