They were able to take me right in as they finished up another customers inspection and service. The staff was very nice and friendly, they had a lot of snacks as well, and quick service. I knew this would be a very big expense and decided to go with Burch Bros Flooring. I have to say, I was NOT disappointed in the least!!! From the time we walked into the store, to meeting Sarah and Christine i knew this would be the company i could count on and they did not pressure me into anything. They treat you like family and are very down to earth. Sarah went above and beyond to help us pick out the best carpet and flooring for our needs and her team of installers were very pleasant, friendly and did an amazing job including moving all the heavy furniture and appliances ( costs a little extra but was way worth it!) plus cleanup afterwards. Sarah goes the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied which is becoming very rare nowadays.
