Steven was able to determine that what I thought was a leak in my flat sun room roof was actually an area on my roof that was causing the issue. In discussing the leaking problem with Steven we talked about a newer flat roof option for my existing sun room, which I was looking to replace in a couple of years anyway, and based on his knowledge decided to use them for the new roof replacement.
