Several times I have had to skip a month or two for one reason or another and always they worked with me knowing that times were rough and I was good for it. I have been here about 2 years now and see no reason to go anywhere else. To the folks that say these people are rude or unreasonable... I’d be interested to know what kind of people you are and how rude and Obnoxious you were to them. Thanks to the staff here for being so great and always being there. The security and access is easy. If you ever need to access outside business hours just call before driving over and I’m sure you can get through. “We kept our belongings he after our house fire a year ago.. mostly donations from friends and family. Great items clothing mostly.. our unit was cooled and heated .. we moved out yesterday and everything in there was in good shape .. We had no problems here .. management was superb and even called when I was late on a payment so I wouldn't get charged a fee.. This is a great place to rent a storage space.. You have 24 access to your belongings and I've always been able to get in touch with someone if I had any questions.. if I ever need storage space again .. this is where I'd hope to get it again.. Thanks to Management !!”

The location was super easy to get to and upon arrival, I was greeted by one of the most friendly employees I've ever dealt with. “The crew at Moultrie Home Services did two different moves for us in two weeks. We had scheduling issues, rain, large and awkward items to move. Everything that could challenge movers, we had. They worked with us throughout the whole process. Helped us reschedule multiple times, had great value for the service we received, and the quotes were reasonable from the start. They took care with all of our items. While the TV was wrapped well, it did end up getting damaged in the move. Sometimes things happen, but understanding that, Moultrie was up front in helping us file a claim and reimbursing us for the damage. The crews were on time and didn't waste excessive amounts of time while at the houses. Water breaks are understandable in the NC heat, but they never abused the clock. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Absolutely great. Very friendly people here. From management to dock workers. I came on their lunch at noon but when they got back it was game on. Loaded and out within 45 mins of them being back from lunch. Overnight parking allowed outside the gate (gravel area on the property). Older place but didn't seem very busy. Overall great experience.”

“We have had a great experience at The Storage Solution in Drum Hill - it is a very clean facility with great customer service. The check-in process was seamless. Doug showed us to our unit and when he realized there was an AC vent in the back taking up some space, he offered to move us to a different unit immediately. The unit was big enough for us even with the vent, so we told him it was okay. He said he would give us a discount on the unit because of the vent which was so nice. Great prices, great customer service, and a great facility. We highly recommend!”
