“This is for Homestead Market, a local traveling farmers market that sets up at the various Come Health locations. They are at the Sagewell location on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 PM to 7 PM. “My girls absolutely love cheer with this organization. The coaches, Megan and Aliyah, are amazing! It isn't crazy expensive like some of this other cheer organizations. “Karen is a fantastic Coach and equally fantastic person! She coached my daughter in Compulsory and Optional gymnastics. Karen is passionate about gymnastics, but more importantly, she is passionate about the young people she coaches! She teaches and she makes sure it is understood clearly and performed correctly, while all the time providing encouragement, caring, support and building confidence. She makes EVERY gymnast feel special! And Karen is an awesome communicator with parents. Never too busy to answer whatever questions or possible concerns, as well as keeping parents up to date about their child. My daughter was a gymnast for 9 years and had numerous Coaches in that time. She THRIVED while Karen was her Coach. And my daughter's words were always, "I love Karen"!”

“I love working out at this location, it's always clean great staff and clientele. When I go in they all know I use the hydro bed first to loosen up my back. After I dropped off my bag in the locker room Mia had already had my bed locked out without me having to ask. That's great customer service, and one of the reasons I drive an extra 10 min to this location vs W Market. I'm thinking she deserves a raise lol. Love this location”

“Willow Wellness is a place of acceptance. Honestly, I used to be so nervous when I would try a new yoga studio, but Caitlyn and the team are so welcoming, genuine, and open. They help you through whatever you're going through, and provide helpful, educational advice along the way. I also have lots of old gymnastics injuries that pop up, and Caitlyn is an incredibly helpful massage therapist. She truly understands how your muscles are connected to find the root of the issue, and then provides helpful advice for you to continue to care for your body and heal it. “A friend brought me to Pure Barre and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical as I’ve never danced or done any time of aerobic classes. My first class was a Foundations class where the instructor really broke down how to do the exercises and made me feel comfortable. I immediately start with a 8 pack and never looked back.
