“I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my wife's workplace for Valentine's Day. Originally the delivery driver mixed up my bouquet and another customer's, but when I addressed my concerns with the owner of the shop, they resolved it asap. I received the proper bouquet today and it is everything I dreamed of and my wife is extremely pleased with this gorgeous arrangement. The original bouquet I received in error was just as pretty as well, just not my ideal bouquet. I truly recommend this shop for any florist needs you may have. The green bouquet with the purple flowers is my order, and the pink and red bouquet, while beautiful, is the one I received in error. Again, I want to stress how willing the owner, Leah, was to resolve my issue, and how kind and generous she was. I would also like to mention Beth by name, who I spoke to this morning regarding substitutions and my arrangement, as she did an absolutely amazing job on this arrangement.”

“This is a fantastic Harris Teeter, but mostly because of its fantastic staff. Mohammed at the meat and seafood counter is one of the most friendly and one of the greatest people you will ever meet.
