“I have found our new DVM. I listened to the reviews and figured that many people could not be 'bought'. Friendly people, thorough exam, Dr Phillips took time discussing our options for a possible surgery and whether it needed to be done or not. She doesn't push tests, etc on you and their fees are SO FAIR & reasonable. The hospital is simple, adequate and CLEAN. No animal smells here. We will be staying here til we leave Gaston Co. ❤”

“If you are looking for a professional that will really care about your animal, then this is the place for you. I asked so many questions and Dr. Sprinkles was so patient. He answered every single one making sure to not leave out any details. Whether it was a tip about what shampoo to use, aromatherapy for dogs or about why she was so itchy he made sure that I had all the info I needed. The staff is incredible. Giving my baby peanut butter (making sure to ask first) and treats to make her feel more comfortable. They even put soothing aromatherapy scent in the rooms for your pets so they feel as relaxed as possible. They are truly on top of things. On top of everything, they do not overcharge for their services. They are reasonably priced and that is a reflection of how much they care for their patients. As long as I live in this general area, I will be taking my baby and any future fur-babies here for the care they need. I recommend anyone else do the same.”

“Great place to take your cats. Vets are real nice and knowledgeable. Not too pricy but really don't have a lot of experience in other places. One of our cat's were walking sideways and throwing up. Took it there and got some fluids and a shot for nausea. She was showing major improvement by the time I got her back home. They also did other stuff that helped but can't remember what it was for.”
