She was very quick to respond to my emails and answered all the questions that I had. She went above and beyond to make sure that this event happened and that meant so much to me. “Visiting an urgent care facility isn't necessarily an event one might grow excited to experience, but this location and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Not only was I in and out within 30 minutes, but the staff was SO helpful, polite, shared in my concerns, showed empathy, and gave me the best care one could ask for. “If you are looking for a professional that will really care about your animal, then this is the place for you. I asked so many questions and Dr. Sprinkles was so patient. He answered every single one making sure to not leave out any details. Whether it was a tip about what shampoo to use, aromatherapy for dogs or about why she was so itchy he made sure that I had all the info I needed. The staff is incredible. Giving my baby peanut butter (making sure to ask first) and treats to make her feel more comfortable. They even put soothing aromatherapy scent in the rooms for your pets so they feel as relaxed as possible. They are truly on top of things. On top of everything, they do not overcharge for their services. They are reasonably priced and that is a reflection of how much they care for their patients. As long as I live in this general area, I will be taking my baby and any future fur-babies here for the care they need. I recommend anyone else do the same.”

We went from a scrappy lawn to beautiful grass where we never thought it would be able to grow. They always leave our driveway and walkways neat and cleared.
