“We called for help installing a toilet after we had tried ourselves unsuccessfully a couple times. They did a great job checking for different potential issues and ultimately we agreed the toilet was defective. They offered to return the next day free of charge to help us install another once we had a chance to exchange, which they did and everything went great. They even shimmed the toilet to get rid of the pre-existing rocking that had been an issue in the past. Overall, they were reasonable on price, punctual, and knowledgeable/resourceful. I would definitely recommend!”
