Mike was awesome at walking me through what needed to happen for this remodel,even handled the mold remediation that surprised us. He could’ve just ripped out the floors that were affected but he was adamant on being thorough and making sure our space was safe, even went ahead and searched the walls as well. “They do quality and thorough work. We have an old house, built in 1900, with the old wood siding. Our first paint job failed us after a year and was chipping. Graduate Custom came and did a thorough scraping and sanding; they were diligent and not rushed. Also, they worked with us, since we only needed 2 sides of the house re-painted, and gave a fair price that we could afford. And they gave a 5 year warranty for those 2 sides of the house. They will cater the job according to your preference. We could not afford a complete clean sanding (though they can do that), but we could afford the standard scraping and sanding. Graduate has also worked with us in the past repairing and painting the old windows. They have good experience with that sort of delicate work. Overall are very pleasant to work with, and we can be confident about the quality.”

They spent over an hour to work on fixing the issue, and Elizabeth who helped us was amazingly kind and hilarious while she helped us. I find their staff very helpful. While they made the mistake, they were happy to own up and help us get the appropriate quote.”
