I’ve never been so pleased with an employees manner, expertise, and determination to get us furniture we loved. She spend a good hour looking online for furniture for us, and we ended up getting a couch shipped to us in 3 days (which is nearly impossible to come by these days). “I cannot recommend Zach, RiteRug, and the install team high enough. The entire process was quick and painless. The initial consultation with Zach was great. He brought the samples to us and within a week the carpet was ready for install. Zach kept us up to date with an accurate time-frame throughout the process. The installers showed up and were extremely efficient. Once installed, the workers walked us around to make sure everything looked good. They cleaned up well; vacuuming and picking up the carpet shedding. The carpet looks wonderful. Lush and full. It smells like a new house. I highly recommend Zach and his team. Looking forward to using them in the future.”

“This Lowe's is very clean and well organized. It is also not chaotically busy so it is far more pleasant to shop at compared to the Home Depot on 15-501. The plants are also more healthy appearing and well organized. Additionally, the parking lot is not as busy since it is used for shoppers to park and there are not random people parking their vehicles, trucks, etc for convenience. Will be switching to this location for our home repair, etc needs in the future.”

After a slew of concerning issues that stemmed from the general contractor cutting corners, Thomas went above and beyond the call of duty to replace the plumbing at my house to ensure that no issues would occur again. He is extremely friendly and works very hard. He was even kind enough to replant grass in my yard after his work caused him to dig up my front yard.
